Problem Posting From Picasa Application to Web Logs.

There is a known and documented error when posting to web logs from Picasa. It has been going on for at least a month. Google keeps saying the know about the problem and that a fix is coming, but so far no fix. Very frustrating. I have many photographs to post, but will need to wait until Google gets its act together. Here is the link describing the problem.
